Salon Policy

Safety Precautions

Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Client Consultation

All clients will be given thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential.

Booking Deposits

We may request a 50% deposit on booking beyond 90 minutes particularly during peek periods.

Punctuality

We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that you can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients.

Treatment Times

All treatment times are approximate and treatment procedures may vary.

Treatments On Location

Our call out charge to treat clients outside of Revival are £10 per therapist.

Note: This is only available for wedding packages and under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost, if 48 hours notice is not given. Last minute cancellations do not allow us to fill in the slot and causes a lot of inconvenience.

No Show Policy

If you do not turn up to your appointment and no cancellation is made, you will be required to pay for the missed treatment (full treatment cost) and further treatments made will required a deposit to be paid.

Courses / Refunds

All money paid for courses are non-refundable however balance may be transferred to other treatments. If a product is returned unopened with in 7 days of purchase, a FULL refund or exchange will be given. On a case by case basis, product / treatment may be exchanged for other equivalent price product / treatment. 

Payment

We accept Cash and ALL major credit / debit cards.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and for all treatments. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or products.

Parking

Off street parking is available.

Client Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with accordingly if reported immediately after treatment or with in 24 hours of any treatment. Following this time, Revival has the right to deem the complaint beyond their responsibility.

We respectfully request that you switch your phone to silent when in salon.

No Smoking Policy

The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.
