Dermalux Treatment
Dermalux treatment is a popular skincare procedure designed to rejuvenate the skin, improve its texture, and address various skin concerns. Whether you want to rejuvenate your texture, refine your tone, or combat troublesome skin, Dermalux® LED Phototherapy can help. Our Dermalux® machine stimulates your skin’s natural repair processes, which speeds up cell renewal, resolves problem skin conditions and gives you strong, sparkling skin. All treatments are non-invasive and safe, with ZERO downtime.
How does LED Phototherapy work in dermalux treatment?
Light does many wonderful things to our bodies. It helps us to produce essential Vitamin D, makes us feel good and makes our skin flourish!
Phototherapy occurs naturally all around us and is based on the principle that our cells absorb light and use it promote natural rejuvenation and repair processes. Different wavelengths of light stimulate specific effects in the skin. Too much exposure to UV light (e.g. the sun) damages the skin, but controlled levels of Red, Blue and Near Infrared light are clinically shown to give us many benefits.
LED Phototherapy is a favourite of many celebrity skincare regimens. Treatments involve these beneficial wavelengths being delivered straight into the skin’s deepest layers, courtesy of a special device, which energise the cells and rejuvenate the skin. It’s a natural response similar to that of plant photosynthesis, using a process known as “photobiomodulation”. Energised skin cells function better and can regenerate up to 200% faster. This helps you achieve healthier, stronger and more radiant skin and yu feel relaxed and uplifted after each session.

WHY CHOOSE DERMALUX TREATMENT?
Dermalux treatment is a popular skincare procedure designed to rejuvenate the skin, improve its texture, and address various skin concerns. While there might be variations in specific techniques and products used by different practitioners or salons, a typical Derma Lux facial treatment usually involves several steps:
Cleansing
The treatment begins with thoroughly cleansing the skin to remove makeup, dirt, and excess oil
Exfoliation
Chemical exfoliants like alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) or mechanical exfoliation techniques like microdermabrasion.
Extraction
Chemical exfoliation to brighten, rejuvenate and soften the pores ready for extractions
Massage
A relaxing facial massage is often included to promote circulation, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation. The massage also helps in the absorption of subsequent products.
Treatment Masks
Various masks are applied based on the individual’s skin type and concerns. These masks may contain ingredients like hydrating hyaluronic acid, calming botanicals
Serums and Treatments
Targeted serums and treatment products are applied to address specific concerns such as fine lines, hyperpigmentation, or acne.
Moisturization
A moisturizer suitable for the skin type is applied to lock in hydration and nourishment.
Sun Protection
A broad-spectrum sunscreen is often the final step to protect the skin from harmful UV rays, especially if the treatment is performed during the day.
Skin Rejuvenation
Dermalux treatments utilize LED (Light Emitting Diode) therapy, which helps to stimulate the skin’s natural repair processes. This can result in rejuvenated, more youthful-looking skin over time.
